Founded in 2020 by designer Jo Gooden, Loft 94 began as a women’s fashion brand known for its curated collections and effortless style. Relaunched 2025 in Las Vegas with a fresh vision, Loft 94 unveiled its first custom garment at MAGIC Las Vegas in collaboration with the Las Vegas Fashion Council.

Rooted in the philosophy of “chic, timeless, modern,” Loft 94 creates pieces designed to make you float through any room with confidence and grace.

All of our garments are organized in three sections: Custom Collections, Ready to Wear, & Jo's Finds.

Custom Collections are collections created, designed and sewn by Jo from start to finish. Garments are made from your measurements and require a consultation. We also offer Custom Inquires, where you can work with Jo to create your dream garments. Custom garments can take between 5-8 weeks to complete and ship. 

Ready to Wear Collections are pieces curated by Jo and the Loft 94 Team. All garments are in standardized sizing and will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Jo's Finds are thrifted unique pieces hand selected by Jo. Items may be reworked, fixed or repurposed. All garments and accessories are 1 of 1 and can not be restocked.  All items will ship within 2-5 business days.
